Abstract
This first issue is another compilation of great technical papers and interesting case studies. In 2018 we published three successful volumes issued through our former publisher Taylor and Francis with whom we enjoyed a fruitful working relationship. Many lessons drawn from our three-year interaction are now beneficial for the editors and the DFI team as we begin to self-publish the Journal and create an easily accessible online journal platform on DFI’s website.
